Department of Labour Uif Ters

Pathetic, No Joy from this issue, It's been 2 months and still awaiting a reply on my UIF Ters money for the month of May and June . The website shows that no employee found if I do regular payment sraust. Heck., but neither me nor my employer received any funds. I emailed my Hr department numerous times and even emailed the UIF. Can I please get some answers from the Labour department and my money. I believe I'm not the only one that did not receive funds, please, my family needs to eat. I'm temporary laid off. Thank you.
