This is the ***kest service ever. Pop up call centres and no one knows what's happening on their own website not even given the tools to resolve a query. Everything must be escalated which takes over 2 months to NOT even be resolved. *** service in the least. Been escalating a issue since March to a e mail which is never checked *** this e mail does not work they never answer. They stated I have been paid for March and even shows a payment processed yet nothing was entered into my bank account nor my employers account. I'm trying to find out what has happened to this payment and no response. I even sent a statement.
