My brother passed on in the 2021

My brother passed on in the 2021.We went to claim for His Uif in Luipartvlei labour's department but till today no help. They keep saying my brothers money is been taking back or somebody has borrowed him/herself that money. Please if it is ther anyone who can help us with the Uif claim my 84 years old mum will be happy. UIF CLAIM CENTER HAS FAILED US.
