Uif online and ofline failing me countless

UIF COMPLAIN (CASE NO : ***)

I made my application on the 26 October 2020( online) till now (2021-01)I have not received any payment , I have attached the U19 and salary schedule as pair the email link provided to me and I have sent about 52 emails to the uif complain centre ()on this dates and I have not received any feedback. I made a 1000 calls to the uif online support center() but they kept promising that the payment will be in before 15 December 2020. Sandly i have contributed to the fund for about 15years yet when it is supposed to benefit me it fails me. The unreliably of this UIF SCHEME has caused the following -Stress as I am unable to provide for my family -frustration as the was FALSE promises , or feedback to the emails I sent. -poverty This government keeps failing us through its institution such as this UIF . -the whole of august 2020 I made an effort to apply ofline at soshanguve department of labour but with a lot of disappointment namely : always ofline (you come early in the morning and queue and later in the afternoon you told the system is ofline ,the whole of august 2020 how is this possible? -October 2020 I made an application again with the same disappointment. I require urgent assistance as this has gone too long and has affected me negatively
