UIF claim assistance

I was in a very difficult situation with UIF as I received only 1 payment 5 months after I was involuntarily retired and then nothing for the next 3 months. Calling the UIF office or e-mailing them was no use as the phones were never answered with the mailbox for leaving messages were full and no response to e-mails. I checked on Hellopeter for somewhere or someone to assist me and find UIF Hero and sent an e-mail asking whether they would be able to assist. Klaus from UIF Hero responded and helped sort this out for me. I give UIF Hero a 10 out of 10 for excellent customer service even if I did not register with them in the first place.
