When I started making preparations to go on maternity leave, one of my biggest points of worry was how to go about submitting my UIF claim. UIF Hero was recommended on a Facebook group . I contacted them and spoke to Klaus who was wonderfully helpful and explained the process on the phone from start to finish. Shortly thereafter, I was emailed by Nicole and we got the ball rolling. I was kept up to date EVERY step of the way right up to the day that my documents were submitted. It is now just under 3 weeks since submission and I am pleased to report that I received my first payment from the DoL.
