Kudos to Stephen

Thank you Stephen at UIF Hero. It has been 4 months since submitting my UIF claim and advised that my claim was approved but never receiving any money. Four months of attempting to contact UIF offices without success eg phones unanswered, email queries bounced back. An absolute nightmare trying to deal with UIF offices. An email to and from Stephen and the problem sorted within a few hours . His willingness to assist a needy pensioner so promptly goes beyond the call of duty. The ball is now firmly back in the hands of UIF. May the force be with all UIF applicants.
