When I reached out to Klaus, the UIF system immediately went offline. I felt so discouraged and wanted to give up but Klaus gave me back 50% of the money that I had paid them. He checked all my documents, verified my employment and advised me to go submit them at the Department of Labor in Town. I did not even have to go back to the Department of Labor to check my application status, Klaus checked for me and informed me that my application was approved. I received my money in less that a month after submitting my documents.
