I have submitted numerous applications and made numerous calls to the uif call centre since last year, only to be given conflicting information and having my applications declined. I finally gave up and decided to contact UIF Hero. Within 24 hours all applicable forms were sent to me with clear instructions. My claim was submitted on 3 June and I recevied my first UIF payment today. Stephen and Klaus kept me updated throughout the whole process and almsot immediatley answered any questions I had. I will defintely recommend UIF Hero!
