UIF Claims Repayment

The treatment I got today on 05/04/2024 from Asiphe and Nomathemba from the UIF Contact Centre ***was below the belt. These two consultants needs to be fired, especially Asiphe. She was not willing to assist me. She kept quiet until she hung up. It's Friday and people went to work to relax. I am so disappointed and extremely furious by the service I got today from these two consultants.
