Pathetic service from UIF Consultants

We've had the most appalling service from the owner of UIF Consultants.

My husband has sent him two emails, a WhatsApp message and a phone call...he hasn't responded to any . This is not the first time it's happened. My husband submitted his May benefit request form to Eddie as requested and he was supposed to send it to the Labour Dept in the 20th May. We don't know if this was done as Eddie has not communicated with us and my husband has received no payment for May. We CANNOT get hold of Eddie to find out what is going on. He left us in a terrible predicament as he led us to rely on this month's payment which we never received. We've had the worst service from UIF Consultants right from the start. After paying R 700 for Eddie to do the UIF application my husband still had to go in person to the Labour Dept and apply for his benefits. We wasted our money! I do not recommend this business to anyone. Their service is pathetic and *********. We would appreciate it if Eddie would kindly contact my husband asap and render the service we paid him for. Thank you.
