UIF Care - Terrible Service!
If you ever think of or consider using a company called UIF Care - please dont. I have never come across such rude people in my life and the service level is terrible. They set an expectation and dont meet it, but then get upset with their clients. Very unprofessional.

We understand that you dealt with Kobus, who is no longer with us, and feel that it is unfair of you to accuse the whole company of horrible and rude service when it was one person, who as I have mentioned, has been let go.
We do apologise for his behaviour and the way he handled the situation and can assure you that this is not how we run our company. Our reviews have always been excellent.
