**** - UIF Care - no service and no feedback

No feedback and no service. After making the payment 2 weeks ago, Jo-Anne not taking any calls and not giving any feedback on my registration. Now both telephone lines just goes to voice mail. I’ve sent several mails, sms and left voice messages.... no feedback.

It is sad that after being retrenched, people still see a way to take your last money and **** you out your savings.
