Never use. Disappointing service

I had a bad experience with UIF Assistance, after sending through filled in application form and proof of payment, I no longer received any feedback from them, my friend traced Nicole and Nicole doesn't answer her messages and phone. On email she keeps on saying she will refund me whenever she gets money and it's been 2 months now. I ended up paying another consultant 'mothers joy' . Mothers joy really saved me a headache, within 5 days I had received UIF money in my account. Now I'm stuck with going after UIF Assistance to get my refund, because I will not leave it like that!!! ????. I'm really disappointed ????
