Not Helpfull

I paid Nadia to process my UIF maternity application only to find after i paid her she was quite rude and not helpful at all.<br> i was told several time that the UIF offices have a backlog and can take up to 8 weeks to have my funds paid to me when i was already into my first month of maternity leave. i phoned the UIF offices and they said there is no back log. then in January i was also told the staff was not back from leave and will also take 2 weeks to get back and start processing the our next payments.<br> <br> i then phoned the UIF office and they told me that there was 'n form i need to come and complete before i get paid.<br> Nadia did not even bother to phone and find out what form it was and that i needed to complete.<br> <br> if i did not go and complete this form i was not going to get paid.<br> <br> this was very inconvenient for me as i did not have a babysitter i had to take my baby with.<br> <br> Nadia just did not care or bother to follow up was constantly told there was a backlog and we had to be patient, even though there was a issue with my papers.<br> <br> i will never recommend Nadia (UIF AID) to any of my friends.
