No Answer or funds within 2 months!!

I have been trying to call the UIF helpline non stop for a month now, it just tells me that the line is busy, I have sent emails and I just don't receive a single reply.I have been claiming since before the covert-19 lockdown, and it seems now that it has just forgotten about the users that was in a desperate state since even before the outbreak. I have not received any funds for more than 2 months now, how do you expect me to service, and now with this virus it is even worse, I cannot find any work, and no one seems to care or give a damn. Please ensure that I receive my funds that I am intitled to as soon as possible as I dont even have any food in my house left to eat . This is totally unexceptable.
