Company under investigation by Dept of Labour

I paid Surina Oosthuizen R500 to apply for my maternity benefits on my behalf. My maternity leave started on the 01st October 14 so all documents were sent to her before then. I had to get in touch with the Dept as she never came back to me with any feedback and after the first month she told me that applications for maternity take long. By December I still hadn't heard anything from her so I contacted the Dept in Seshego myself and eventually found someone who could check my application. They had all my details on file but I had to resend them my ID copy, which I then did. I am back at work since the 02nd February 15 and I still have not received any money! I then contacted Surina who's husband told me she was in hospital and will contact me when she is better. I then called \my contact"at the Dept in Seshego who advised me that all applications done by Surina from UIF 4 Moms are under review / investigation as they suspect *****!! Only once the investigation is over will they review the applications again! I am so disheartened as i filled in my own forms and now I have to suffer.
