Poor customer establishment.

This place has poor customer service. We were booked for the 14 Feb through bookings.com. When we got there the lady who claimed to be the bookings manager, cancelled our reservations claiming that the place was full, which didn’t make sense we booked in advance. We had to find another place at our own expense. We even thought of taking legal actions.
