Not yet Uhuru!

My neighbour who is a retired Teacher booked at Uhuru for her family on Christmas day. But the Lodge didn't keep their promises and when she asked for a refund because the place would not be able to cater for her family, the Manager refused. She was stranded on Christmas day without a venue and means to book another one. Very terrible service and unreliable management.
