Gone with the wind!

UHI projects contacted us for a quote to paint the outside of our house. Two prices were given, with different warranty periods. We chose the more expensive one, with a 7 year warranty. In December 2013, the house was painted. The paint is now peeling. We tried contacting the company, but the phone just rang and rang, and the mailbox was full. After months, we finally came through and we send our documents through and were told that we will be contacted within 2 days. That was more than 2 weeks ago. The phone now rings and rings again, with no answer, and no-one contacting us.
