water leak ugu district municipality

I leave onow a rdproblem house near mkholombe in port shepstone. I have a water leak from the main pipe next to the mittre of my house . I have reported this to the municipality more then 3 times. Theye have come digg the hole and left with the promise of comingetting back to fix the leak. This has happened 3 times as I have repeated reported this leak and on all times I get an SMS saying the leak has been fixed. Which is a lie now my neighbour is fighting with me because the water goes to her yard as well. Please help me to fix this my house number is 528
