Unfair imposition of \Collection Fee\""

Given that the UGU year commences in July in any given year, why is it not possible for the UGU to issue invoices well in advance of the payment due date in November? I received my UGU invoice for the 2015/2016 year on the 23rd December noting that this is after the due date for payment is the 30th November 2015 which is already a month ago. This is the second year the invoice has been received after the due date. Why can invoices not be issued via email?<br> <br> UGU has imposed a collection fee and interest on the period between payment and the due date for 2014 and recently for 2015. Given that the invoice had not been received before the due date in 2014 and 2015 the raising of a collection fee and interest is likely ******* as I had not been invoiced as of the due date and therefore could not possibly be in a position to pay prior to the due date.<br> <br> At best this appears to be an in house UGU financial department inefficiency for which they now expect the client to pay penalties. At worst it could be some sort of ******* UGU **** to ****** additional exorbitant payment by deliberately delaying dispatch of invoice. Two emails to '***' have been totally ignored. <br>
