UGU removes basic human rights

Basic human right is taken away!!!!

UGU can't supply water to the residents and always supplies lies as reasons.

Water is a Basic human right but they think they are above the law, supplying Water when they feel like it.

Weeks and weeks without Water, yet when asked there is always a lie
