Ugu district municipality

Ugu district municipality has served the worst service. They don't deserve any hand in water sanitation. The tweni area has not had water for months. We pay our bills faithfully however... they have deprived us of our basic human rights. We have made request to district council and municipalities but still no joys.. please help!!!
