Ugu and service delivery are polar oposites

<p>I am a resident from Qinabout, Gamalakhe. We have not had water for the past 3 weeks. We've reported the matter to our ward councellor and the municpaility itself but no luck. People living across the road from us have water but we dont. </p> <p>The municipality keeps saying they will dispatch guys to check the situation but no one has ever come and they can't even give us answers as to why we dont have water. </p> <p>No one ever comes to read our water meter and we get bills at the end of the month and yet we dont have water 99% of the time. </p> <p>CAN THIS MATTER BE ATTENDED TO AND TREATED WITH THE URGENCY IT DESERVES. </p>
