On and off water supple since 2007

Good Day. It is with regret that I have to use this platform to express my frustration regarding water supply in the Mtwalume Turton ward 19 section. We have had a serious issue with water supply in this area and to this date it is still unresolved, We have made contact time and time again expressing out frustration and yet all we get are empty promises with no delivery. I can't even begin to express the frustration that we feel because we feel that as a community we are not being taken seriously but things are only \sorted"temporarily during the voting seasons BUT THEREAFTER ITS BACK TO SQUARE 1! . My grandmother is an elderly and medically unfit lady who always has to walk long distances to try and get water"
