No water on South Coast

Hi, we have big water problems on the South Coast. We have no water for more than 8 days in Uvongo. From Hiberdene down to Port Edward as far as I know people some places don't have water for more than 2 weeks. How are we suppose to live without the water and wash hands, bath, wash clothes. Water everybody needs for toilet, drinking. Our Municipality sabotage our water and closes the Valves and shut down all water points and it's a big health risk on the South Coast. What can we do. We need help please
