No response from the UGU Municipal

I have reached out to UGU municipal fromJanuary 2019 and have tried reaching them via telephone on a weekly basis . We have not received our statement and would like to get a sign on to view our statement electronically and would like it sent via email . Cannot teach them via email ; telephone or message with a callback option. They are not reachable .
