No interest for new account holder

UGU has a kack of interest and unacceptable service.<br> The law permits every property must have a visible water metre.<br> THIS PROPERTY HAS N O METRE. NO METRE.<br> UGU request to be e mailed a reading if you move in. There is no metre. They threaten to disconnect if you AS NEW ACCOUNT HOLDER DOES NOT PAY R281!!! Clearly they are ALSO nit educated on the law. Water is a life important priority and even if you have a tenant IT IS AGAINST THE LAW IF UGU OR A LANDLORD DISCONNECT WATER. You get transferred from one to another but it seems NOBODY GET THE MESSAGE A READING MUST BE TAKEN IF OWNERSHIP CHABGES. I ALREADY PAI THOUSANDS AT THE CASHIER...FOR WHAT????
