Incompetence

I have been trying to get my deposit back because I have sold my house. It is near impossible to get to talk to someone – They don’t answer the phone or if you leave a message to call you back it gets ignored .When I do eventually get through to someone I get transferred between the departments continuously and nobody can give me correct information. Not only are the staff members ***********, but they are rude too, and unwilling to help in any sort of way.
