Uganda Airlines fails to refund within the stipulated timeline they set

Uganda Airlines has a seven working days refund policy if you booked by credit card. From the 17th of December 2024 until now, they have not processed our refund and they do not provide feedback or communicate with us. All they do is to send automatic responses that they will get back to me within 24 hours. They have the worst customer service experience.
