Absolutely disgraceful service from Uganda Airlibnes

Uganda Airlines is denying my friend boarding in Lagos claiming he needs hotel accommodation when he is staying with me. He has a valid vis and Uganda Airlines has no rights denying him boarding.

I phoned Uganda Airlines now in Uganda and the call centre representative were utterly indifferent and unhelpful, not understanding what a reference number for a call is.

This is utter nonsense.

May no one ever have to fly Uganda Airlines again.
