Bad customer service and poor quality

Worst developer I have dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone. My house had countless defects from day one, and to date some are still unresolved. I’m living with insufficient lighting because the light wiring was only partially done, and the main door was incorrectly installed with visible alignment flaws.

I have dealt directly with Nobantu, Clever, and Jaftha, and unfortunately their communication and customer service have been extremely poor. Follow-ups are ignored, updates are rarely provided, and there is little sense of urgency in resolving issues they created themselves. Despite repeated complaints, they continue failing to fix their poor workmanship. Use them at your own risk.
