Pathetic service

UFS asked me to give a "good" review but I thought I'd give an honest one.

At first, when they want your business, their customer service is good. You even get a courtesy call to say they are stuck in traffic and will be late. After the quote is given and your money is paid into their account, all you get is absolutely **** service and even more **** after service.

Scheduled to arrive at 11:00 on a Sunday, they casually arrive at 12:40, after I had to call to find out where they are. No call to say they will be late and no apology upon arrival.

We were told that we should call them if we have any issues regarding the work done, but when we do call, no calls are answered or returned and no Whatsapp messages are rep**** to. After many calls later we do recieve a message from them saying that we must give them a "good" rating on their page - still no interest in attending to the problem. They then say they will contact me to set an appointment but it's been 2 weeks now and still no call from them. I have tried contacting them in these 2 weeks but there was no answer nor was any call returned.

Everyone in this company passes the buck onto one another and assures you that you will get a call back from someone but nothing happens. I have to give them 1 star because its the lowest i can rate here, but i assure you that 1 star is 5 stars more than they deserve! Khalid seems to be the only 1 carrying the business, at times, but Jameel and Tauriq show no interest at all and are hopeless in their work ethics.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
