Terrible and humiliating service

This shop is at UFO .I had a terrible and humiliating shoping experience on Friday the 9 November 2017 where I was marked and followed fromy one stall to the next in a very uncomfortable way where I was even not able to choose a dress I came to buy .I was carrying a big hand bag which ironically I bought from the same shop which on that day they thought I came to ***** and put things in it . when I called the lady to order telling her to stop following me because I am an honest castomer not a ***** and have spent a lot of money buying clothes in that shop over years.She went away and a white female came to me and identified herself as the owner of the shop.She reprimanded me not to talk to her staff in a rude manner because she trained them to do that.As I interacted with this lady I realised that she didn't have any respect for her customers , she treated me like a perpetrator when I was a victim worse she auknowlaged knowing me to be the customer.I went out of that shop crying when then she decided to apologise. I am very angry with the owner of that shop and her staff for treating me like a *****.I never had such treatment before but because of my big bag I experienced such humiliation and my dignity was compromised
