Cracking upper leather like a plastic leather

The bought couches upper leather at UFO towards the of 2021 November it was Black Friday delivery in December and find that were have scratches and return they replaced them and this year in 2024 I find that the small one is cracking like a plastic leather I reported that they say they will not help me with that I have to pay.their service is bad its like I buying from unknown stores.
