Debiting my account without consent

This company has been debited my account in December 23rd and I went to the bank to block them and to reverse the money. The bank reversed my money and they charged me for reversing my money. This month the same company debited my account twice. I do not know who they are and why they keep debiting my account. Please help!!!!!
