Car dealership

My experience with uf cars was very pathetic Because on the 28 of October 2023 we bought the car from UF cars and ever since then we have been runny to the dealership with problems so on the 6th March 2024 I booked my car in for them to sort out a problem with the car that I was having from the time I have bought it and they was aware of the problem so on the 6th of March 2024 we left it at the dealership and at around 13h00 that day we get a call from the dealership saying that a taxi as crashed into my car and I need to come because I am the owner of the car, so when we get there they give me run down of what happened and the dealership ***ner)says they are not responsible for anything and we need to claim from our insurance and bare in mind I was not in the dealership so why must I claim from my insurance and the owner of UF cars are very rude he takes off with me and says it is not his problem and as nothing to do with it and walks away I go after him and tells me I must provoke him to be rude because he as nothing to do with the car . So he just leaves me there at the dealership to fend for myself with no help what so ever and also says I must claim from the taxi people insurance because they did that and it is out of his hands . The owner as no ways of talking to his customers what so ever and also takes 5 months to book my car in for a problem that it already had . Apart from that I am 7 months pregnant and the dealership has oil all over the place which I nearly fall and Also being pregnant and being in that position I was so helpless and the owner on top of it all being so rude to me like it was my problem . I will never advise anyone to buy from them because of the poor customer service. I have proof of everything that I have said on this review from pictures to videos and whatsapp messages.
