Unhappy customers. Unprofessional urgents

I am not a happy client they keep on changing my debit oder dates and they deducted money on the second of this month then today I got a text saying I didn't pay. What the **** when you call their customer care line their urgents are so unprofessional it seems as if they never got any training or what so ever. She said to me she was checking on the system then the next thing she said her system is down but it was working fine all a long. They don't even ****en respond to my emails.
