UDU's behaviour affecting my credit rating

I am totally disgusted right now by the fact that UDU has still not closed the account I had paid up a few months ago. What is worse right now is that today (23Nov) they put through another debit order on my account when there was insufficient funds, I get paid on the 25th of the month and they were aware of this even at the time I had an account with them. How is this going to affect my credit rating going forward seeing that I have been trying for a homeloan?? What are they going to do with the bank charges I incurred again this month because they fail to do a simple thing. Last month I personally had to go and reverse that payment ( which also cost me money!!!) I have sent them an email once again and still no response.

I received a phone call from UDU and they promised to pay the installment back, which I still have not received. My problem is that I still receive statements from them showing that I owe them. I have address this with them before but it seems it falls on deaf ears. My concern is how is this affecting my credit rating and for how long is this going to carry on after they promised to close the account.
