Udu Persona Loan ****** my identity

Good afternoon can I please get help about this company that ****** my identity my name Ntombodidi Mayekiso I open a loan with Udu loan 3 years ago and I was paying them via debit order and my account was up to date as far as I know because I never miss payment with them but what surprise me last month when I went to Capitec and apply for settlement of my loans then I was decline and that shocked me because my name is clean but I was told at Capitec that am on ITC so I contacted ITC to check the name of the company that listed me and I was so shocked that Udu is the one that put my name on ITC when I call Udu I was told that Udu system is not working anymore so what they did they sell my account to MBD lawyers and told them that am in areas but the best part is they debited thier money on the 25 of February can you please investigate these for me please because now my name is on ITC and I can't do nothing about that please help me to clean my name on ITC because I was paying my account monthly
