Udu loan insurance claim

I took a loan out through UDU paid every month. Then I was declared permanently disabled to work and contacted them as I had credit life on the loan. They gave me an email address to send all the documents to and since then I have been harassed by their attorneys. The last person I spoke to was so rude that I had a fit when I ended the call. I sent UDU an email to their customer email address and no one has bothered to contact me I am at wits end and don't know what to do. This has been going on since 21 January 2019.
