UDU ******ing customers after loan settlement

I paid off this loan on 1 April and have been trying to contact the loan centre ever since to get a settlement letter. The call centre number rings a few times after which it says the number is no longer in service. The “contact us” option on the website gets no response. Emails get no response. I have phoned and emailed countless times now, and am not even sure that this company really exists. I have kept my emails where I’m literally begging for a response from these people. Needless to say they deducted a debit order on 31 April which was unauthorised as the loan is settled. I have since reversed the debit order and put a stop order in place, whereupon I was very quick to get an sms that I should make payment immediately as I’m in breach of terms. THE LOAN IS SETTLED. I strongly believe this to be a ********** company looking to ****** money from hard working people. Please do not take out a loan from these people. Be informed.
