Udu bad service

Despite being current with my loan it is listed on Credit Bureaus as loan sold to third Party. I cannot get hold of them by telephone or emails. I have sent a zillion emails which are unanswered. I will have to report them to the Financial services Board as they dont have any customer relationship. I am looking for a settlement amount and they dont want to provide any.
