udu "accidentally" give me bad credit handing me over to MBD

i have been handed to MBD for non payment which is impossible because UDU takes their money every month via debit order, spoke to someone in the call center they said they accidentally handed me over and it can take up to 4 months to resolve this issue. your mistake is reflecting badly on MY credit record. if it isnt sorted out by the end of the month i will give you a reason to hand me over. i WILL stop payment.
