No service from Udu

Can't get hold of these people. Tried emailing.. No response. Saw on FB they closed and handed their business to MDB attorneys. Tried the listed contact number.. No answer. I haven't received a statement since last year. Every month they change their debit dates and I have to ensure the correct amount is available. I mean.. Other than the bank staff.. Who else gets paid before the 25th.
