Udu loan - I was apparently handed over to MBD without consultation etc as per the agreement and was also told that I was handed over in error. My account is debited every month. Can't get hold of udu and MDB said that they will send me proof of the amount in arrears . Still waiting. I am taking this matter up legally. My credit rating has been compromised.
