Experian profile not updated by UDU

I paid up my account with UDU on 4 Oct 2017. After a couple of months I noticed that this is not reflected on Experian. I have made numerous requests for this to be resolved, and each time they pacify me, saying it will be resolved.

Its now more than 10 months later and I am still waiting for this to be resolved. Please can someone respond AND action this request to have mh profile on Experian reflect reality!
