BAD BAD SERVICE form UDU personal loans

I have been trying for the past 3 months to get hold of UDU personal loans, email after email calls no answer. I would like to get a settlement amount to pay them off but with no ***ses, I am really struggling with them, I am now going to stop all the payments and see if they contact me. it is pathetic.
