Udrive, false information car, poor service and ****!

My partner and I bought a car at this garage with false information unaware, the car had no service booklet and they explained to us that they buy their cars from the auction and sometimes it happens that they get them without the service booklet which we understood and bought it cause I liked it however a few days later when we took it in for service at it's garage the mileage on the car was 80 000 and the garage personnel said the very same car was last serviced for the mileage of 150 000 (meaning they tempered with the vehicle's odometer)the original odometer reading was around 395 000, secondly the car was also involved in an accident which was not disclosed to us, they said they take their cars for service after buying them from the auction, they knew that but said nothing.. so my partner took the vehicle back and asked for a refund they were so rude to him and didn't wanna assist him that time they were the ones at fault by selling their car with false information, I lost R19 000 because they didn't want to refund us all our money after changing its tyres and servicing it.. I forgot to mention how nice they were to us when we bought it and the way they switched when he took it back they were extremely rude to my partner I could hear them on the phone call cause I couldn't go there with him.. They ****med me! Beware, be careful especially when buying a second hand car..
